Kathryn Marie Siegrist

Kathryn M. “Katie” Siegrist, age 90, of Rose Hill, loving mother and grandmother, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015. No visitation. Graveside services will be held 10 AM Friday, July 3, 2015, at Dunlap Cemetery, Rose Hill. Kathryn married Richard “Dick” Siegrist on February 17, 1947. They made their home in Rose Hill where they raised their children. She was known for her beautiful quilts and her large family dinners. She found great joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Kathryn is preceded in death by her husband Richard; parents, Oakley & Marie Hurlburt; son, Ron Siegrist; and a great-grandson, Jack Siegrist. Survivors include her son, Rick Siegrist (Lora), of Andover; daughters, Rita Hilding (Charles), of Rosharon, TX, and Rose Kunselman (Jerry), of Milton; daughter-in-law, Karen Siegrist, of Wichita grandchildren, Zack Siegrist (Katie), Jacob Siegrist (Casey), Aaron Hilding (Ashlee), Sylvia, Rebekah and Anna Siegrist; great-grandchildren, Ian, Samantha, Olivia, Quinn, Andrew and Luke.
