Kathryn Elizabeth Hunt

Haysville – Kathryn E. Hunt, age 90, loving mother, grandmother, homemaker and quilter passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013. Visitation Monday, June 3, 1-8 p.m. with family present 6-8 p.m., funeral service 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ethel Parker; husband, Hubert A. Hunt; son, Hubert L. Hunt; siblings, Mildred, Francis, John “Buzz”, Helen, Frank Jr. “Buster” and Jay. Kathryn is survived by her son, Jim (Shelley) Hunt of Wichita; step-daughter, Roberta (Doyle) Gentry of Fort Worth, TX; daughter in law, Mary Turner; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Elizabeth Hunt; many nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
