Kathleen Joan Freeman

Kathleen Joan Freeman, 60, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at her home. She was born June 17, 1955 in Wathena, KS the fourth of eight children to Charles and Shirley (Shalz) Kline. Kathy retired from Via Christi St. Francis after 14 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, David and two daughters, Dawnelle (Dyson) Priest of Dodge City, KS, and Jessica (Rob) Davis of Haysville, KS, six grandchildren (Madelyn, Jaten, Kaden, Talon, Bella, and Beckett), seven brothers and sisters Vivian (Jim) Jones, Greg (Shirley) Kine, Jennifer (J.R.) Juhl , Brenda (Don) Kirkland, Stacy Stains, Stephanie Clark, Jim (Kim) Kline. Kathy was of Catholic faith. Visitation: Wednesday, April 13, at 11:00 a.m.¬4:00 p.m. at Smith Mortuary 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, KS. Rosary: Wednesday, April 13, at 6:00 p.m. at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church, Haysville, KS. Funeral Mass: Thursday, April 14, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church, Haysville, KS.
