On Monday February 24, 2020, Kathy Estrada, loving mother, passed away after her second hard-fought battle with cancer.

Born to Martin and Daisy Decker on April 16th 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK, Kathy was raised with one brother. They lived in many places including Jefferson City MO, Topeka KS before settling in St. Marys KS. Growing up she spent her time studying, fishing, and playing in band.

Kathy lived all over Arizona for much of her adult life, where she found Jesus and immediately started living a life of kindness, love and forgiveness. She lived a lifestyle of helping anyone who needed it, no matter the cost or circumstances. In 1999, she moved back to Kansas, living in Wamego for 10 years until finally settling in Belle Plaine, KS where she enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports, extensively volunteering in her church, and enjoying time with her family.

Kathy is survived by father Martin Decker, brother Martin Decker (Ruth Ann) daughter Angie McKenney (Sam), daughter Christine, and son Zachary Estrada (Emily)

Also missing her are 8 nephews/nieces, 11 grandchildren, and 12 grand nephews/nieces

Viewing will be at Smith Family Mortuary in Belle Plaine, and Services will be at the First Baptist Church of Belle Plaine Saturday 29th at 11am.
