Katherine Sue Eli

Katherine Sue (Nash) Eli, 63, beloved daughter, wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend, went home in the arms of her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was born in Anthony, Kansas to Duane Lee and W. June (Waggoner) Nash. She met the love of her life, Tom Eli, and married on March 27, 1970 in Wichita, Kansas. Kathy loved the Lord, and with her husband, they did youth and church ministry serving others with everything they did. She adored her family and enjoyed time spent with them. Survivors include her husband, Tom Eli; daughters, Kelli Zimmerman and Sara Eli; grandchildren, Konner and Kenzie Zimmerman; mother, June Moore, all of Wichita; brothers, Ben Nash, Steve Nash, Curtis Moore of Independence, MO; aunt, Luetta Bonham of Anthony; uncles, F. Dee Waggoner (Venita) of Valley Center and David Waggoner (Sue) of Menard, TX; Joyce Waggoner of Tribune, KS; many other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Duane Nash and step-father, Orville Moore. Visitation: 2-8pm Tuesday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca with family greeting friends 6-8pm.
