Karen F. Fish

Fish, Karen Fay, 63, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014. She was born July 25, 1950 in Pueblo, CO. Karen loved animals and was a talented artist. She enjoyed spending time at the Mulvane Senior Center. Karen was dedicated to her church, acting as secretary/treasurer and playing the piano and organ. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Hoover; and brother, Wilber “Dennis” Hoover. Karen is survived by her husband of 44 years, Bob Fish; sons, Craig (Brenda) Fish and Michael Fish; mother, Alberta Hoover; sisters, Deborah Evans and Shawnna Mickel; and a large extended family. Visitation: Tuesday, 1 to 8 pm with family present between 5 and 7 pm at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS. Funeral: 10 am, Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church of Mulvane, 215 S. 4th Ave., Mulvane, KS. Interment to follow at Mulvane Cemetery.
