Kaison Ray Johnson, 10 months, passed away June 24, 2016. Visitation 1-8 Tuesday, June 28, 2016 and Funeral 3pm Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Smith Mortuary, Derby. He was preceded in death by three great-grandparents.
