She is preceded in death by her parents, L.D and Lucille Seamster; brother, Kevin Seamster.
Julie is survived by her husband, Ramon; sons, Steve Ryan (Robin), Scott Ryan; daughter, Nancy Monje; brother, Robert Seamster; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 pups.
Viewing: 2-8pm, Thursday, June 15, 2017, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral Service: 1:00 pm, Friday, June 16th, 2017 also at the mortuary
