89, retired founder of Cardinal Buffing, passed away Thursday, August 2nd, 2018.
Private family service.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jake Winfrey; and son, Randy Winfrey.
Julia is survived by her children, Allen (Rita) Winfrey, Linda Winfrey, Steven (Ronnye) Winfrey; and 5 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and Kansas Humane Society.
