Judith Modlin
May 10, 1942 — March 20, 2023
Modlin, Judith, 80, passed away Monday, March 20th, 2023. She was born May 10th, 1942 to Harold and Clarice Boone in Fr. Scott, KS.
Preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Russell Boone, Pat Howard and Fred Boone. Survivors include her husband Brad; children, Mike Turner, Rhonda (Wayne Nelson) Lewis, Gaylene Fortner; grandchildren, Taylor, Jessica, Tiffany, Jason, Megan and many other great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Friday, March 24th, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Mortuary and funeral service is 11:00 am, Saturday, March 25th, 2023 both at Smith Mortuary - Mulvane 501 SE Louis Blvd. Mulvane, KS 67110. Interment to follow at Mulvane Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105
