Juanita Ukena

Juanita "Schatzi" Ukena, age 59, of Mulvane, loving wife, mother and grandmother, and former American Family Insurance Company employee, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. Visitation 2-8 pm Sunday, November 11, funeral service 10 am Monday, November 12, both at Smith Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Rd, Derby. Schatzi is preceded in death by her father Leonard Atkins and her mother, Juanita Atkins. Survivors include her husband, Steve; sons, Steven Ukena, Jr. (Liz), Corneilius Ukena, Stratford Ukena (Augustina) and Michael Ukena; daughters, Shannon Woolson, Erica Ukena and Kyra Ukena; brothers, Leonard Bruce Atkins (Patty), Jack Atkins, David Atkins, Charles Atkins (Carrie) and Karl Atkins (Darlene); stepsister, Katherine Cox (Larry); grandchildren, Alayna, Tanner, Kolton, Karson, Bryson and one on the way.
