Juanita Rose

Juanita Rose 78, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Visitation 1-8pm Wednesday; funeral service 2pm Thursday, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, Hurles Leroy Rose; parents, Robert Clayborn Sr. and Bertha James; brother, Robert Clayborn James Jr. She is survived by her children, Sheryl (Vern) Cummings of Andover and Hurles Sheldon Rose of Wichita; sisters, Arva Butler of Jones, OK, Bertha (Wayne) Laird of Wichita, Janice Payton of Wichita; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Cancer Center of Kansas 818 N. Emporia, Suite 403 Wichita, KS 67214 and Clear Path Hospice, 1837 N Rock Road Court Wichita, KS 67206.
