Joyce Schroeder

Joyce Schroeder, age 77, of Douglass, passed away Friday, October 13, 2017. Joyce was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her family, along with her large diverse group of friends, whom she held dear. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; son, James Birch; parents, Porter and Lurline Stolling; siblings, Vera Raper, Ruby Nurney, Porter Stollings, Lloyd Stollings. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Charlie) Hall; grandchildren, Melissa (Christopher) Longenbaker, Ashley (Kyle) Ravenelle, Caleb Hall; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Millie Pace; nieces and nephews; loving extended family. Visitation 1-8pm, Wednesday, with family receiving friends 6-7pm; funeral service 12:30pm Thursday, October 19th both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock RD, Derby.
