Joseph Matthew Murtha

Joseph Matthew Murtha, 72, beloved husband, father and grandfather with great confidence submitted himself to God’s holy will and entrusted himself to His Divine Mercy on October 14, 2015. He is preceded in death by parents Matthew and Ethel; his sibling Sister Alma Regina GNSH; and his son Matthew Murtha. Survivors: wife, Phyllis Yvette; children Yvonne (Thomas Hermann), Brendan (Jenny), Damian (Tania), Lorraine (Brandon Morgan), and Eileen Murtha; and 14 grandchildren. Visitation will be 8:30 am, Rosary will be 9:30 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am Saturday October 17, 2015 at St Mary’s Parish Derby, KS.
