Joseph Ralph Gladstone, Jr., age 79, retired Flight Engineer, US Air Force, and retired LPN, died Saturday, June 25, 2011. No Visitation. Graveside memorial service will be held 10 AM Tuesday, August 9, 2011, Knox Cemetery, rural Gentry, MO. Joseph is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine; parents, Effie & Joseph Ralph Gladstone, Sr.; and sisters, Beulah Klatt & Audra Mettscher. Survivors: sons, JR, of Castle Hayne, NC, BZ, of Wichita, KC and WA, both of Platte County, MO; daughters, Betsy Kay Schaefer, of Glendale, AZ, and Beverly Irene Gladstone, of Wichita; sister, Helen Sowers, Savannah, MO; grandchildren, Jason, Neva, Tony, Ashley, Whitney, Peter, Katie, Samantha, Joseph, Christopher, Erika, Cassie, and Matthew Gladstone, Hanna Grape, Bryan & Greg Snide and Patrick Nielsen; 7 great-grandchildren.
