John Elmer Wiebe

October 23, 1929 - December 9, 2021

Son of Gustav and Ella Penner Wiebe, he enlisted and served 6 years in the United States Air Force, 2 as a photographer in the Korean War.

A humble husband, father, grandfather, and friend, John’s work was also sanctified as manager for IRS, Wiebe Tire Stores, and private tax preparer.

Survived by wife Sally, John was preceded in death by siblings Gustav(Rita), Edna Lohr(Harry), and Carl(Ann).

Lois Ferm(Landvis), John’s surviving sibling, is his older sister who made footprints in the snow, which he followed to a one room schoolhouse as a child.

John and Sally’s children are Susan Hatch(Bruce), Brent(Tina), Drew, and Melissa May(Greg).

Grandchildren are Sylas, Ada, Hazel, Ellis, Joah May, Sylvan and Linden Wiebe.

Visitation- Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 4-6pm

Funeral- Friday, December 17, 2021 at 10am.
