Smith, John Robert, age 33, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Visitation 1-8pm Wednesday with family present from 6-8pm; funeral service 10am Thursday, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd. John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Pauline Smith, John and Jean Fermin. He is survived by his parents, Lance (Kathy) Smith of Derby, Becki Fermin of Wichita; daughter, Jasmine Smith; siblings, James (Terri) Smith of Wichita, Janelle (Chris) Balzer of Wichita; niece, Whitney Smith; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
