John L. Peninger

John “Mike” Peninger, 77, retired aircraft maintenance technician, died Thursday, October 13, 2011. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann; parents Ray Peninger and Theo Allen; sisters Lela Bannon, Bertha Light. Survivors: children Gina Boswell (Rick) of Derby, Jania Kistler (Jeff) of Udall, Trent Peninger (Janell) of Derby, Jeff VanDoren (Tana) of Arlington, TX; grandchildren Carly, Jenna, Devin, Blaine, Braden, Jason, Whitney; great-grandchild Kennadey; sister Nina Kulhem (Russell) of Palisade, MN. Services: 1pm, Monday, October 17, 2011, Rose Hill Bible Church, 1410 N. Main, Rose Hill, KS. Viewing one hour prior to service at the church. Graveside: 3pm. Burden (KS) Cemetery.
