John Mabry Thomas

John “Mabry” Thomas, Jr., 88, retired Phillips Petroleum Company construction supervisor, died Friday, October 28, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife Nell after 68 years of marriage. Survivors include his sons, Dennis Thomas and his wife Jacqueline of Derby, Bruce Thomas and his wife Elisabeth of Stavanger, Norway; daughter, Cynthia Miles of Wichita; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements with Smith Mortuary, Derby.
