John Floyd

Mulvane - John Kennedy Floyd 71, died, Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 at his residence. He was born June 10th, 1951 to Miles Jr. and Fannie Margarite (Kennedy) Floyd in Kennett, Missouri.

He retired from the Air Force and the United States Postal Service. His hobbies included riding his Harley Davidson, spending time with family, playing Call of Duty, and enjoying playing or watching sports his entire life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Miles Jr and Margarite Floyd and his Sister Carol Meyers.

John is survived by his wife, April Floyd, his children, Clint Floyd and Chrissy Greer, his siblings, Sue McLeod, Mark Floyd, Jim Floyd and Keith Floyd, and his three grandchildren Trey, Austin, and Chloe Greer.

Memorial Service: 10:00 am, Tuesday, September 13th, 2022 at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
