John E. Ward, 61 passed away on October 28, 2015 at his home. John was born February 19, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas the son of Earl Ray and Ada Ramona (Griffin) Ward who preceded him in death. Also preceding him was his brother Ronnie. Survivors include his wife Donnie, children; Emily Goetz (Dustin), Ame Reichenberger (Joe) and Amanda Lewis (Clayton), grandchildren; Wyatt, Cole, Ava, Makenna, Paytan, Maddie, Haley, Noah, Sophia and Lucas, siblings; Bonnie Anderson (Larry), Doree Becerra (Ray), Deb Albright (Dennis) and Pam Yockey (Mike), his aunt and uncle, Patsy and Jim Carver and family and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation 1-6 p.m. Sunday; funeral service 10 a.m. Monday, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway.
