Carlisle, Kent Harvey, Thomas Harvey, Susan Hirschmann, Sherri Kennedy; siblings, Alan Carlisle, Jean Thompson, Delores Devore; 23 grandchildren; several great grandchildren. Memorials to Parkinson Disease Foundation, American Diabetes Association or Hospice Care of Kansas. Private services will be held.
