John Alvin Cox, age 97, passed away January 21, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Cox. Visitation: 2-5 Sunday at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd, Derby. Funeral: 10am, Monday, January 25, 2016 at Cedar Chapel United Methodist Church, 1140 E. 47th St. S, Wichita. Burial will be in Carlisle Cemetery, Carlisle, AR. Survivors: daughter, Toni Cox (Doug Maib).
