Visitation: 9:30 am to 10:30 am, at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane . Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 am at Udall Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Omar Rowley; brother, Donald Walton; and niece, Susan White.

Joeann is survived by her sons, Craig Rowley and Richard Rowley (Debra); 2 grandchildren, Matthew Rowley and Blake Rowley; 1 great granddaughter, Alana Rowley; two siblings, Sharon Howard, Robert Walton; two nieces, Michelle Cook (Andrew) and Kimberly Howard; nephew, Clayton Walton; great niece, Harper Cook.

A memorial has been established with the Cowley County Fire District #4, 111 S East St, Udall, KS 67146.
