Joan Branson

Branson, Joan, 79, longtime resident of Wichita died November 18, 2010 after a long illness. Visitation 1-8 Tuesday at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd, Belle Plaine. Graveside service 2 p.m. Wednesday at Belle Plaine Cemetery. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Opal Branson, and an infant sister, Joyce. She is survived by sisters Wilma Clark, Wichita, and Linda Smith, Santa Fe, NM; brothers Gary Branson, Minneapolis, MN and Dean (Margaret) Branson of Wichita, as well as many cousins.
