Joan A. Bailey, 85, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018. She was born August 22, 1933 to Ernest and Mabel (Reeves) McIntosh in New London, CT. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Scott and Rex Bailey. Joan is survived by her husband of 67 years, Russell; daughter, Paula (Steven) Swank; 5 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
