Jesse W. Miller

Miller, Jesse Walter, Sr., retired Chief Petty Officer (CPO) for the United States Navy, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011. Visitation 1-8pm Thursday, August 25, with family present 5-7pm; memorial service 11am Friday, August 26, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville. Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Marie Miller, granddaughter, Heather Miller; sister, Donna Coffman. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Diana Miller; children, Jesse (Judy) Miller, Jr., Randy Miller, Judith (Bert) Miller-Yap, Shalimar (Chris) Miller, Walter (Annie) Miller; grandchildren, Christina, Adam, Melissa, Troy, Jennifer, Alan, Jonathan, Jaedynn, Keegan and Hannalei; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
