Dey, Jeff, 49, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015. He was born September 15, 1965 to Jerold and Janice (Hazen) Dey in Wichita, KS.
Jeff worked at Boeing and enjoyed debating politics, but he really loved spending time with his family and supporting his children in their extracurricular activities.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 24 years, Laura Dey; children, Jeffrey (Sarah Jamieson) Dey, Jr., Chelsea Dey, and Sidney Dey; grandson, Maddox Dey; parents; Jerold (Cheri) Dey and Janice (Johnnie) Johnston; siblings, Tracy (Rusty) Kirkland, Kyle (Jenny) Dey, Jerry (Cassie) Yankovich, and Paula Pierce; and beloved pet dog, Cash.
Visitation: Thursday, from 1 to 8 pm with family present between 5 and 7 pm. Funeral: 1 pm, Friday, February 13, 2015; both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037.
