Jeannette B. Hogan

Jeannette B Hogan, 76, passed away April 13, 2025. She was born January 22, 1949 in Wiesbaden, Germany, and immigrated to the US with her parents John and Elfriede Bailey.

Jeannette had a deep love of elephants, even getting her first tattoo late in life depicting an elephant, which she proudly displayed on her left wrist. She was a dog mom to three dogs, two being Schnauzers, which were her favorite.

She was preceded in death by her father, John; her mother, Elfriede; and her brother, Gary.

Jeannette is survived by husband, Fred; daughter, Stephanie Cottner; granddaughter, Kelsie Smith (Katie); brother, Mark Bailey (Teresa); sisters, Kat Dutton, Kelly Bell (Bobby).

Funeral Service: 3pm Friday, April 18, 2025, at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, KS. Burial will be 10 AM Monday, April 21st, 2025 at White Chapel.
