49, passed away Tuesday, August 1st, 2017.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Friday; funeral Service 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 5, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wayne Browning, brother Robert Wayne Browning, Jr., and his grandparents.
Jay is survived by his son, Dakota Cells; mother, Etta Browning; siblings Carla (Dan) Kearns, Jeff (Mazie) Browning, and Jason (Shawna) Browning, and numerous nieces and nephews.
