Jason “Jay” Ogletree, born October 22, 1976 in Wichita, KS, left this world June 11, 2015. He also made his home in St. Petersburg, Florida. Jay was a beautiful soul with a huge heart and always saw the best in people. A veteran bartender all over St. Pete and its beaches, Jay loved entertaining, no matter which side of the bar he was on and always had a great time. Survivors: his mother and step-father, Andy and Debbie Hughes; father and step-mother, Ron and Connie Ogletree; brothers, Jeremy Ogletree and Devon Hughes; step-brother, Derek Leach; step-sister, Angie Leach, nephew, Gavin Ogletree; grandmother, Lagora “Brownie” Miller; many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as a large circle of friends from all over the nation who will never ever forget him or his BIG smile. Jay is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Vathel (Jack) Miller and paternal grandparents, Earl and Imogene Ogletree and uncle, Robbie Miller. Funeral service: 11am Monday, June 22, 2015 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary 115 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS. No visitation. Burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery, 6231 W. 47th St. South. Wichita
