Funeral Service: 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Smith Mortuary, Derby.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edward Sankowski.
Jared is survived by his parents, Christopher Faunce and Candice Cooney; siblings, Logan Faunce, Holland Cooney, Natalie Cooney; grandparents, William Faunce (Susan), and Donna Sankowski.
