Janice Elizabeth Lervik

Janice Elizabeth (Howe) Lervik passed away in peace on Thursday, December 11, 2014 surrounded by family at the age of 61. Her death is preceded by her father Frederick, son Jonathan, and brother-in-law Alexander. She is survived by her husband Tom Richard of Mulvane; mother, Alice (Butcher) Howe of Rocky Hill, CT; son, Thomas Richard Jr (Brienne) of Charlotte, NC; daughter Kelly Elizabeth (Isaac) Page of Wichita, daughter Kristen Marie of Denver, CO and grandchildren Matthew and Daniel. Further survived by her sisters, Madelene (Andrew) and Deborah, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends, including her special friends Rosella and Colleen. Janice will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, devoted sister and admirable friend. Her two grandsons were her greatest joy to which she showed unconditional love. Her life will live on through the many laughs, celebrations, and precious moments we experienced alongside her. Service will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 503 North Louis Drive, Mulvane, KS 67110 on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions made to National Kidney Foundation, 6405 Metcalf Avenue, Suite 204, Overland Park, KS 66202.
