Janice Clark

Mary "Janice" Clark, 87, passed away on August 2, 2026. She was born on March 8, 1939, in Salina, Kansas to Harry Herbert Loflin and Marian Birdell (Lindgren) Loflin.

Janice was the keeper of all things butterflies. She had many joys in life, and she would never miss an afternoon or a night of Bingo. She loved doing puzzles, crochet and dressing for the holidays. She had several outfits for each holiday and especially liked dressing up for Halloween. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Darold Ray Clark and her parents. She is survived by her children, Ricky (Linda) Clark, Ronnie (Lesley) Clark, and Jill (Doug) Clark; grandchildren, Jason Clark, Kim (Colin) Crosby, and Amanda (Armoni) Coppins, great-grandchildren, Kailey, Kinsley and Caden Crosby and Daxton Coppins.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Funeral service is 10:00 am Monday, August 10, 2026, both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 North Rock Road, Derby, Kansas 67037.
