James "Jim" Wood

James Paul "Jim" Wood, age 65, retired Boeing Company R&D Engineer, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Visitation 1-8 pm Thursday, Dec. 20, with family present 5-7 pm, funeral service 1 pm Friday, Dec. 21, both at Smith Mortuary, Haysville. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Opal Wood; brothers, Roland and David Wood; and his sister, Audry Partee. Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; daughter, Maggie Walker; brother, Arnie Wood; sister, Diana Stephens; and nieces, Karen Luce (James) and Jamie Chavez (Danny).
