James A. Sweger

Sweger, James A., 76, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014. He was born January 24, 1938 to Jacob and Anna Mae (Coppenhaver) Sweger in Camp Hill, PA. He retired from the Air Force and the aircraft manufacturing industry. James was an avid bowler, golfer, and gambler. He was preceded in death by his wife, LaDonna Sweger; and brothers, Larry, Johnny, Charlie, and Bobby Jr. James is survived by his children, Christy (Randy) Rector and Michael Sweger; sister, Mary Leibfried; grandchildren, Heather (Gary) Murray, Danielle (Michael) Colligan, Bryan Porter, Renee Thompson, and Kirsten Sweger; 9 great-grandchildren; and his toy poodle, Susie. Visitation: Thursday, 2 to 8 pm. Funeral: 10 am, Friday, June 20, 2014; both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary. Interment to follow at Kechi Cemetery.
