64, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018.
A private family service will be held.
He was preceded in death by his Parents.
James is survived by his wife, Angie Stark; four children, James Randall Stark, Jr (Jen), Sherita Stokes (Terry), Christina Brillhart (Douglas), and Brandy Nicole Stark (Shawn); 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Carlton Stark, Jr (Linda Lowe); two nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation.
