James L. Rotramel, 22, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017. Family will hold a memorial service at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, at All Occasions Event and Banquet Center, 1918 W. MacArthur. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed cars, especially racing. He was preceded in death by his father George Rotramel. Survived by mother Teresa Rotramel; siblings Ray Rotramel (Reann), and Laura Rotramel Barb; 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Memorials to James Rotramel Memorial Fund, c/o Halstead Bank, Valley Center.
