James Lee Rogers, 71, retired Westar Energy Senior Manager, died Sunday, May 12, 2013. James served his country in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother; 1 sister. Survivors: wife, Judy Gwin Rogers; daughters, Karen Vines (Curtis) of Wichita, Karla Dexter (Darren Johnson) of Winfield, Kim Mogab (Michael) of Tampa, FL; stepchildren, Mark Slovacek of Columbus, OH, Raymond Slovacek (Thoo) of Tulsa, OK, Raye McCampbell (Brad) of Fowler, KS, Bob Gwin (Laura) of Haviland, KS, Ronnica Sears (Eric) of Haviland, KS, Rebecca Smith of Dodge City, KS; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; the loves of his life Winston and Lexie, his canine children; Viewing: 2-8pm Wednesday with family present from 5-7pm at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S.
