James Austin Riggs

James Austin Riggs, age 76, retired sheet metal assembler for Cessna Aircraft and The Boeing Company, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2011. Visitation 1-8 PM Wednesday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 10 AM Thursday, Westside Freewill Baptist Church. He was born March 21, 1935 in Pope County, Arkansas to Marion and Mary (Hudson) Riggs. James is preceded in death by his parents, and a nephew, Jody Riggs. Survivors: brother, Jesse Riggs, Oklahoma City; sister, Martha Rist, Wichita; nieces and nephews, Cyndi Naone, Brian Riggs, Charles, John and Waylon Rist; great nieces and nephew, Ceiara, Stormi and Summer Rist, Maile P.K.
