James William Phillips

Phillips, James William “Jim”, 69, passed away May 17, 2013. Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday, May 21st, with family present 6-8pm; funeral service 11am Wednesday, May 22nd, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Esther Phillips. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Nada Phillips; daughters, Lynn (Darrell) Swift, Judy (Ty) Inkelaar and Cindy (Eddie) Moore; grandchildren, Skyler, Scott, Diedre, Darian, Alex and Izzy.
