James C. Moyers

MULVANE – Moyers, James C. “Jake”, age 77, barber and Boeing retiree, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Visitation 1pm-8pm Saturday, April 7, with family present 6pm-8pm, at Senter-Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd., Mulvane, KS. The Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church, 545 E. Main, Mulvane, KS. The Rosary will be recited Sunday, April 8th at 7pm and the Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 9th at 10am, with the interment to follow in Mulvane Cemetery. Jake was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Agnes Moyers and his sister, Helen Travis. Jake was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the BEA. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Ann Moyers; son, Michael Moyers; sisters, Mary (Eddie) Pfingsten and Brenda (Larry) Bryan and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
