James Wesley McCluer, 74, resident of Derby, Kansas, passed away July 4, 2026. He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Bonita McCluer, and wife Jenna Harpool McCluer. He is survived by his siblings, Linda McCluer, and Joyce Pappan, daughter, Teri Lynn McCluer, and grandchild, Madelynn Lora Tamer.
Visitation 5-7pm Thursday, July 9, with Funeral services 2pm Friday, July 10, all at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel in Derby. Interment will be at a later date in Old Mission Cemetery in Wichita.
