James E. Kitchens

James Kitchens, age 85, and retired U.S. Air Force, passed away December 12, 2015. Visitation 9-11am Friday, December 18th with the funeral following at 11am both at Smith Mortuary-Mulvane, 501 SE Louis Blvd. He is survived by his children, Tom (Carolyn) Kitchens, Michael (Pat) Kitchens, James P. (Renee) Kitchens, Kelly (Jamie) Kitchens, Noel Kitchens; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild. Jims family with Annabelle (Rogers/Kitchens), who with son Alvin, preceeds him in death, are children, Chester Rogers, Barbara Glover, Linda West, Zella Johnson; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; loving extended family. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Alzheimer’s Association, 1820 E. Douglas Ave Wichita, Ks 67214.
