James "Jim" H. Ferguson, 77, Ferguson Construction Services owner, died May 6, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harlan and Doris; brother, Timothy Ferguson. Survivors: son, Cameron Ferguson and wife Heather of Rose Hill; grandchildren, Jacob and Jadyn. The family invites you to share stories about Jim with them from 5-7pm Tuesday at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Celebration of Life Service: 3pm Wednesday, May 11, 2016, also at the mortuary. In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial with Shriner's Plane of Mercy.
