She was preceded in death by her Parents,John and Myrtle Partridge; Sister, Pat Collins.
Jacque is survived by her husband, Gary Phillips; children, Nicky Phillips and Jan Koester (Scott), Richard Phillips, Jeffrey Phillips, Stephanie George, Chad Phillips (Joyce), April Jones (Steve), Amanda Werner (Randy), Joe Shannon (Brittany); thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Jerry Partridge, Bo Partridge (Sammy), Sam Partridge, Jan Brooker (Robert), David Partridge (Jessica), Larry Kasney; many other extended brothers, sisters, and friends.
