Jacqueline Parke

Jacqueline Oneita Parke (Lane). Born Jan 4, 1966 in Wichita Kansas. Passed away Sep 29, 2024. Beautiful mother of three strong independent boys.

Graduated from Wichita Heights High School in 1984 and Cowley County Community College in 1986. Employed at GE Aerospace in Winfield Kansas for 35 years. She hated every minute of her working career, but endured for the sake of her family. Strong willed and quick to temper, but she had the softest, kindest heart. She believed in the general good of people and would give anyone the shirt off her back at a moment's notice.

She made sure everybody in the room ate, no matter what the cost. She did not stand for inequality, brutality, untruthful statements, disrespect, or general unproductive nonsense. She stated her opinion clearly and with passion and never held back from making sure she was heard. Her conviction, empathy, and compassion impacted the lives of anyone she had contact with. She was always the life of the party with her infectious personality and beautiful smile.

Survived by Husband of 25 years Darren, Sons John (Valerie) and Trent (TriNyse). 1 Grandson Ayden. Numerous other brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. She has an extensive supportive family across the country.

Preceded in death by her parents Margaret and Lewis Lane, her brother Patrick Lane and her oldest son Tayler Rock

Memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Friday Oct. 5, 2024 at Smith Family Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Road Derby, KS 67037.
