Jack Lee Wadsworth

Jack Wadsworth, 70, retired Deputy Fire Chief, died December 16, 2014. Survivors include his sisters, Judy Beat (Alvin) and Janice Telford, both of Wichita, Vicki Raica (Tom) of Minnesota; 6 nieces and nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Glenn “Jersey” and Catherine “Kate” Wadsworth and sister, Joan Hughes. Viewing: 2-8 pm Monday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita with family greeting friends from 6-8pm. Funeral service: 1pm Tuesday, December 23, 2014, also at the mortuary. A memorial is established with Children’s Miracle Network.
