Iris Lucille Burrows

Iris Lucille Burrows, age 86, of Belle Plaine, retired schoolteacher, Clearwater Public Schools, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014. Visitation, 1-8 PM Friday, December 12th, funeral service 2 PM Saturday, December 13th, both at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd, Belle Plaine. Interment will follow at Belle Plaine Cemetery. Iris is preceded in death by her husband, Bill; parents, Charles & Belle Helmley; and a brother, Charles Helmley. Survivors include her son, Ed Burrows (Debby), of Belle Plaine; daughter, Nancy Blake (Dennis), of Hazelton; a sister, Bessie Colson, of Louisburg, MO; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchidlren.
