Hunter Paul Joseph Waltermire

Hunter Paul Joseph Waltermire, 15 day old infant son of Melody and Steve Waltermire, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Hunter was born on March 28, 2011 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Waltermire and great grandparents Paul and Dorothy Waltermire. Survivors include his parents, Melody and Steve; sisters, Lexus and Stephanie; grandparents, Sylvia Cruz, Ted and Sonja Daigger, Sharene Waltermire; great grandparents, Santana and Rufina Morin; aunts and uncles, Fabian Flores, Sonja (Jeff) Kottwitz, Roy Waltermire and many other family members. Funeral services will be held at 10am, Monday, April 18, 2011 at West Side Christian Church, 1819 W. Douglas, Wichita. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Steve, Melody, Lexus and Stephanie extend their appreciation and thanks to the NICU unit, nurses and staff at Children's Mercy for their excellent care and compassion.
